Organic cold pressed sesame oil from the south of Jalisco. Sesame seed oil is often used to sauté meats and vegetables or is added to dressings and marinades. Sesame oil is believed to have important health benefits, like providing heart-healthy fats, combating inflammation, and protecting skin from sun damage. We keep it on hand both for general cooking, especially any Asian type foods for the light sesame flavour. we also use it in skin care products, its a basic for Vegans too.
