Organic whole Crimini mushrooms are most likely the tastiest of them all. Use them in sauces, sauteed in ghee or avocado oil, toss in your best stuff. we like them prepared as tempura, light and crunchy, then add a dipping sauce of ginger nut butter and slash of lime, finish it off with a few grains of flur de sal and your favorite garnish, cilantro for us.
