organic Jamaica tea is a herbal tea made as an infusion from crimson or deep magenta-colored calyces (sepals) of the roselle flower. We drink this a lot in Mexico. Its best unsweetened as it has a sweet tangy flavor that is refreshing and beautiful with its deep red color. Boil 4 cups of water, turn it off, do not boil the the flowers, let them steep for 10 min, strain and chill.
