Raw honey may have antibacterial, antifungal, anticancer, and wound-healing properties. Our honey is from near the Organic Select gardens in San Sebastian. Its really special to be working with the lavender while the bees are buzzing around doing their job too. We all get along wonderfully with respect. The hives are actually about a mile away on the hill behind the Quinta, they had been relocated from a tree near the gardens as the neighbor was worried about getting stung. i witnessed their trauma, and noticed many were wondering about kinda lost. It seems they have settled into their new home ok and have found their way back to the lavender, nasturtiums, tomatoes cempazuchit, arugula, and lettuce they so love. grateful we are.
