Meaty beef bones for stewing up your own stocks. Rich deep flavor and color from our wholistic pastured beef cows. We stew this up with a bit of onions garlic, flur de sal, and chile. braised first, then cover with water and let them reduce. Add a bit of red wine and shallots to finish it off. We serve with sweet or white camote mash. / sprout salad with basil dressing.
